No public price on the pricing page: it runs a short questionnaire and the quote depends on team accounts, workspaces, languages, SSO and security needs, privacy model and AI Premium Suite usage. A 14-day free trial is the only self-serve entry; standard content migration is included in most quotes.
Use tool ↗About Document360
Document360 is a hosted knowledge base for product documentation, help centres and internal wikis. On top of ordinary article publishing it adds AI search that cites the article it answered from, a support chatbot, an AI writing agent, interactive decision trees and a ticket deflector aimed at cutting support volume. It imports PDF and Word files, exports to PDF, handles SSO and SCIM, lists 60+ integrations including Slack, Salesforce and Zendesk, and exposes an MCP server so assistants like ChatGPT or Claude can query the content directly. Kovai.co, a software company based in Coimbatore, India, builds it alongside BizTalk360 and Turbo360. There is no public price list: the pricing page runs a questionnaire and routes you to sales after a 14-day trial.

Pros & cons of Document360
The knowledge base underneath is conventional; what you pay for is the AI layer on top - cited search, a chatbot, decision trees, an MCP endpoint - plus enterprise plumbing like SSO and SCIM. Kovai has shipped business software long enough that this is not a weekend project. The catch is budgeting: nothing is priced publicly, and the quote is built from six variables at once.
Pros
- AI search answers with a citation back to the source article, so readers can verify the answer
- Ships an MCP server, so ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot can be pointed at the knowledge base
- SSO and SCIM plus 60+ integrations (Slack, Salesforce, Zendesk) cover the enterprise checklist
- Imports existing PDF and Word documentation instead of forcing a rewrite
Cons
- No published price at any tier - you fill in a questionnaire and wait for a quote
- The quote scales on workspaces, languages, team accounts and AI usage together, so the bill is hard to predict
- The 14-day trial is the only way to evaluate it without a sales conversation
Best for
- Support teams that want a public help centre and an AI assistant over the same content
- Enterprises with SSO, SCIM and multi-language requirements
- Documentation that needs to be queryable by ChatGPT or Claude through MCP
Not for
- Small teams who need a published price and self-serve signup
- Anyone wanting an open-source or self-hosted docs stack
Watch out: AI features sit in a separate AI Premium Suite that is one of the levers the quote is built on, so a headline number may not include them.
