Reports

Method

Every figure is counted from the live catalog by a query, not typed in, and carries the day it was counted. The rules for the figures at the top of catalog pages are on How we count the catalog’s figures; how a listing is researched and re-checked is on How we verify. Each dataset page states its own method and thresholds, and a dataset with too little data behind it is not published rather than shown as zeros.
