Calendar assistant that auto-schedules tasks, habits and meetings
Reclaim reads a Google or Outlook calendar and places tasks, recurring habits and one-on-ones into open slots, then moves them when meetings shift. It pulls work items from Jira, Asana, Linear, ClickUp, Todoist and Google Tasks so a backlog turns into defended calendar time instead of a separate list. Dropbox acquired the company in 2024 and the product now ships under the Dropbox brand.
Per seat with a free Lite tier: Starter around $10/seat/month and Business around $15/seat/month, with roughly 20% off on annual billing and Enterprise at annual terms only.
Use tool ↗The strongest pick if your to-do list already lives in Jira, Asana or Linear and you want those items to hold real calendar time. If you mainly want a booking link, Calendly still does that job better and cheaper.
Watch out: Seat ceilings force a tier upgrade on headcount alone — Starter stops at 10 seats no matter which features you actually use.
