Toki is a scheduling assistant you talk to rather than fill forms for: hand it a messy list of errands, meetings and vague intentions and it places them on the calendar, spots clashes and sets reminders. It syncs two-way with Google, Apple and Outlook calendars, accepts typed text, voice notes, images and screenshots, and runs inside LINE and Telegram as well as its own iOS and Android apps and a web client. Extras include booking links, a call-me reminder that phones you, triggers that watch outside events such as a flight price change, and to-do tracking. The service is operated by Orion Arm Pte. Ltd., with disputes arbitrated in Singapore, and claims more than five million users.
