What our research says

Reclaim.ai

The strongest pick if your to-do list already lives in Jira, Asana or Linear and you want those items to hold real calendar time. If you mainly want a booking link, Calendly still does that job better and cheaper.

Pros

  • Reschedules blocks automatically instead of dropping static holds on the calendar
  • Deep task-tool coverage: Jira, Asana, Linear, ClickUp, Todoist, Google Tasks
  • Free Lite tier is usable day to day rather than a time-limited demo
  • Slack, Zoom, Teams and Meet integrations are included

Cons

  • No published REST API reference or official SDK, despite API keys existing in account settings
  • Google Calendar and Outlook only
  • Hard seat ceilings per tier: Starter tops out at 10 seats, Business at 100
  • Roadmap now runs through Dropbox priorities after the 2024 acquisition

Voiset

Voiset combines two things most task apps keep separate: voice capture and automatic scheduling into calendar gaps. If your problem is that ideas arrive while your hands are busy, that pairing is the point. It is a small vendor, though - the company publishes no address or country, and the price is in euros while the marketing is in English.

Pros

  • Voice capture that turns a spoken note into a structured, scheduled task
  • Auto-scheduling around existing Google Calendar, Outlook and Zoom commitments
  • Native iOS and Android apps alongside the web client
  • Team features - assignment and meeting booking - included rather than upsold to an enterprise tier

Cons

  • No permanent free plan, only a trial
  • Priced in euros so the dollar cost moves with the exchange rate
  • Vendor publishes no address, country or company registration details
  • No public API or integration platform beyond calendar sync

Which one fits

Choose Reclaim.ai if you need

  • Individual contributors whose calendars get eaten by meetings and need protected focus blocks
  • Teams syncing sprint tasks into personal calendars automatically
  • Recurring 1:1s that should reschedule themselves when either side is busy

Choose Voiset if you need

  • People who capture tasks by talking rather than typing
  • Anyone who wants tasks auto-placed into free calendar slots
  • Small teams that want assignment and meeting booking on one board
