The strongest pick if your to-do list already lives in Jira, Asana or Linear and you want those items to hold real calendar time. If you mainly want a booking link, Calendly still does that job better and cheaper.

Pros

Toki

The pitch that actually holds up here is input tolerance: voice notes, screenshots and half-formed intentions all become calendar entries, which is more useful day to day than another time-blocking algorithm. It syncs properly with the calendars you already use and costs a fraction of Motion or Reclaim. The catch is that the listed prices were both flash-sale rates, so the real standing cost is unclear.
