What our research says

Agenda Hero

The parsing side is the reason to use it: paste a messy schedule and you get events you can push into the calendar you already keep. The calendar builder is a nice extra rather than a replacement for Google or Apple. At $5 a month it is priced like a utility, and the family tier is the honest value if several people share one schedule.

Pros

  • Accepts text, images and PDFs as event sources, not just text
  • Exports to Google, Apple and Outlook rather than locking events into its own calendar
  • Syncs external feeds such as GameChanger and TeamSnap into one view
  • Ships web, iOS, Android and a Chrome extension

Cons

  • The free tier stops at 10 PDF or image uploads
  • Text reminders on the Family plan only reach US numbers
  • No documented public API

Reclaim.ai

The strongest pick if your to-do list already lives in Jira, Asana or Linear and you want those items to hold real calendar time. If you mainly want a booking link, Calendly still does that job better and cheaper.

Pros

  • Reschedules blocks automatically instead of dropping static holds on the calendar
  • Deep task-tool coverage: Jira, Asana, Linear, ClickUp, Todoist, Google Tasks
  • Free Lite tier is usable day to day rather than a time-limited demo
  • Slack, Zoom, Teams and Meet integrations are included

Cons

  • No published REST API reference or official SDK, despite API keys existing in account settings
  • Google Calendar and Outlook only
  • Hard seat ceilings per tier: Starter tops out at 10 seats, Business at 100
  • Roadmap now runs through Dropbox priorities after the 2024 acquisition
