What our research says

Carly AI

Carly's CC-to-trigger model is a lower-friction way to invoke an AI assistant than opening a separate app, and the 100+ tool integration list means it can plausibly sit in the middle of a real workflow rather than just scheduling meetings. Credit-based pricing on a per-action assistant is hard to budget for in advance, and the free tier's 10 workflows will feel thin for anyone using it as a daily driver.

Pros

  • CC-based interaction requires no separate app or dashboard for basic use
  • Wide integration list spanning CRMs, chat, project management and productivity apps
  • MCP support lets it plug into ChatGPT and Claude directly

Cons

  • Credit-based pricing makes monthly cost hard to predict for heavy users
  • Free tier's 10 workflows is a low ceiling for evaluating real daily use

Reclaim.ai

The strongest pick if your to-do list already lives in Jira, Asana or Linear and you want those items to hold real calendar time. If you mainly want a booking link, Calendly still does that job better and cheaper.

Pros

  • Reschedules blocks automatically instead of dropping static holds on the calendar
  • Deep task-tool coverage: Jira, Asana, Linear, ClickUp, Todoist, Google Tasks
  • Free Lite tier is usable day to day rather than a time-limited demo
  • Slack, Zoom, Teams and Meet integrations are included

Cons

  • No published REST API reference or official SDK, despite API keys existing in account settings
  • Google Calendar and Outlook only
  • Hard seat ceilings per tier: Starter tops out at 10 seats, Business at 100
  • Roadmap now runs through Dropbox priorities after the 2024 acquisition

Which one fits

Choose Carly AI if you need

  • Professionals wanting to delegate scheduling and CRM updates by CC'ing an email
  • Teams already using tools in its 100+ integration list (Pipedrive, Notion, Asana, etc.)
  • Users of ChatGPT or Claude wanting Carly's actions available via MCP

Choose Reclaim.ai if you need

  • Individual contributors whose calendars get eaten by meetings and need protected focus blocks
  • Teams syncing sprint tasks into personal calendars automatically
  • Recurring 1:1s that should reschedule themselves when either side is busy
