Vimcal is a calendar client layered over Google Calendar and Outlook rather than a new place to store events, built around keyboard shortcuts and fast response. Its two core features are time-zone handling, with several cities shown against every event, and availability sharing: highlight open slots, then paste them as plain text or as a booking link. It also handles group polls, team scheduling and duplicate-event merging, and ships desktop apps for Mac and PC plus a Mac menu-bar app. The free tier is iOS-only; the paid iOS-and-desktop plan adds the desktop apps, unlimited booking links and polls, and a separate Vimcal EA product is priced for executive assistants.

Pros & cons of Vimcal
Worth the money only if scheduling is a real part of your day: the time-zone strip and the highlight-and-paste availability flow save minutes per meeting, and nothing else. If you take three calls a week, Google Calendar plus a free booking link does the same job for nothing.
