Use tool ↗About Ravenna
Ravenna puts an internal help desk inside Slack, and now also Microsoft Teams: an employee asks in a channel or a DM, the request becomes a ticket with SLAs, approvals and CSAT tracking, and AI agents handle the repeat questions - password resets, software access, hardware faults - from knowledge the team already wrote down. Workflows built on a visual canvas cover multi-step jobs such as onboarding, offboarding and access requests, and dashboards report volumes and resolution times. It is built by Ravenna Software, Inc. in Seattle. There is no published price list anywhere on the site; the pricing path returns 404 and every call to action ends at a demo booking or a request-info form.

Pros & cons of Ravenna
If your company already lives in Slack, Ravenna removes the step where someone has to open a separate ticket portal — the conversation is the ticket. Agents deflect the routine asks and workflows carry the onboarding chains. The catch is complete pricing opacity: nothing on the site says what it costs or whether it is billed per agent, per employee or per resolution.
Pros
- Tickets are created and resolved without leaving Slack
- Visual workflow builder covers multi-step requests, not just Q&A deflection
- Analytics dashboard reports service-desk volume and resolution time
- Publishes side-by-side comparisons against Jira Service Management, Freshservice, Moveworks and Aisera
Cons
- No pricing published at all — the pricing path is a dead link
- Microsoft Teams support is claimed on the home page, but every product page and comparison is written Slack-first
- No founding date, funding or team information disclosed on the site
Best for
- IT and HR teams whose employees already ask for help in Slack
- Companies replacing a ticket portal nobody uses with in-channel requests
- Access, onboarding and offboarding flows that repeat every week
Not for
- Customer-facing support, since the product is aimed at internal employees
- Teams on email who run neither Slack nor Microsoft Teams
- Buyers who need a published price before evaluating
Watch out: Deflection quality depends entirely on the knowledge your team has already written down; with a thin knowledge base the agents fall back to routing.
