Use tool ↗About Intellisay
Intellisay is a voice-first day planner. Instead of typing tasks you talk for a minute or two about what you intend to do; it transcribes the speech, pulls out tasks and events, and lays them out as a plan for the day. Unfinished items carry forward to the next day and the app suggests tasks based on what you have been doing. Transcription is unlimited on the paid plan and several languages are handled. It is a one-person product by Nick Craux, who also runs LogoGeneratorAI and craux.studio; no company entity, address or country is published, and the privacy policy lists a personal Gmail address as the only contact.

Pros & cons of Intellisay
Dictating a messy day is genuinely faster than typing it into a task manager, and the carry-forward behaviour saves the usual retyping. But this is a solo project with no company, no free tier and no documented integrations, so you pay before you find out whether it understands how you talk. The lifetime licence is the sensible way in if you want to try it at all.
Pros
- Voice capture is faster than typing when the day is unstructured
- Unfinished tasks roll into the next day automatically
- Multi-language voice input
- A lifetime licence exists, so a subscription is not the only option
Cons
- Solo-developer product with no company entity, address or support desk beyond a personal email
- No free tier, so you pay before testing transcription against your accent
- No documented calendar or task-manager integrations
- No stated native mobile app, which is where voice capture belongs
Best for
- people who plan out loud and hate typing task lists
- commuters who want to set up a day while walking
- anyone whose to-do app goes stale because entry is a chore
Not for
- teams needing shared projects or assignment
- anyone who must keep work data with an accountable company
Watch out: The privacy policy names no jurisdiction and gives a personal Gmail address as contact, so think before dictating anything sensitive.
