sudocode adds a context layer to a repository for coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. Requirements are stored as specs and agent work as issues, in human-readable Markdown with a machine index, so context survives between sessions and can be synced through git. The npm package includes a CLI, a local server with a kanban and spec editor, and an MCP server; issue graphs can be run as workflows in topological order with one commit per issue. Integrations with Beads, Spec-Kit and OpenSpec are supported, and the project is Apache-2.0 licensed.
