Pros & cons of SeekOut
SeekOut earns its place on a corporate recruiting team's desk, not a small agency's: the ATS rediscovery and the clearance and healthcare filters solve problems that only show up at volume, and the customer list reads like the Fortune 500. The new self-serve Core tier at $149 a month lowers the door for a three-recruiter team, but everything that makes it distinctive — ATS sync, screening, agentic workflows — still sits behind a sales call. Teams that live in LinkedIn Recruiter and hire a few roles a quarter will not get their money back.
