You speak a task, note or idea and it converts the recording into a structured item, then auto-schedules that item into the gaps around your existing commitments; Google Calendar, Outlook and Zoom sync in, and small teams can assign work and book meetings from the same board. It ships as a web app plus iOS and Android clients. Pricing is quoted in euros - Base at 9.99 a month for one person, Advanced at 15.99 and Premium at 31.99 for teams - with two months off on annual billing and a trial rather than a permanent free tier.

If your problem is that ideas arrive while your hands are busy, that pairing is the point. It is a small vendor, though - the company publishes no address or country, and the price is in euros while the marketing is in English.
Watch out: The vendor's own pricing page lives at /prices, not /pricing, and the marketing pages quote no numbers at all - check the euro figures before assuming a dollar price.
