Browser diagramming for flowcharts, org charts and architecture, with data-linked shapes and AI generation.
Lucidchart is Lucid Software's diagramming canvas: flowcharts, process maps, org charts, UML and cloud architecture drawn in the browser with real-time co-editing. Shapes can be driven by spreadsheet data with conditional formatting, and layers keep dense diagrams readable. Lucid AI generates diagrams from a text prompt and summarises existing ones. Over a hundred integrations cover Jira, Confluence, Slack, Teams, Notion, Salesforce, Google Workspace and AWS. It sits in a suite next to Lucidspark and airfocus, and the operator is Lucid Software Inc. Note that lucidchart.com URLs now redirect into lucid.co and lucid.app.
Free tier with a small cap on editable documents. Individual runs about $7.95 per user per month billed annually and Team about $9 per user per month with a three-seat minimum; Enterprise is quote-only. Lucid's own price table did not render for us, and published figures vary by source and region.
Use tool βThe default choice for team diagramming: data-linked shapes and layers handle diagrams that outgrow a whiteboard tool, and the integration list means the diagram ends up where the work already happens. Per-seat pricing with a three-user minimum on Team makes it expensive for small groups, and Lucid keeps moving the product's URLs around.
Watch out: lucidchart.com pages now 301 into lucid.co and lucid.app, so old bookmarks and pricing links land somewhere else.
