Lucidchart

The default choice for team diagramming: data-linked shapes and layers handle diagrams that outgrow a whiteboard tool, and the integration list means the diagram ends up where the work already happens. Per-seat pricing with a three-user minimum on Team makes it expensive for small groups, and Lucid keeps moving the product's URLs around.

Qlerify

A narrow tool for a real problem: getting business and engineering to agree on a domain model before code exists. The model drafts a first-pass event storm so the workshop starts from something rather than an empty board, and the generated OpenAPI specs and code give that model somewhere to go. It assumes you already practise DDD; if you do not, the canvas will not teach you.
