Pricing is by user, mailbox and document volume rather than by feature, and the cheapest tier is annual-only. The Enterprise tier is really a bookkeeper plan: it adds a multi-client dashboard. The accounting-software sync means the extracted data lands where it is needed. The pricing has traps: the cheap tier is annual-only and capped at 50 documents, and the monthly plans are materially worse value than the annual ones.
Watch out: Basic's 50-document cap is low for any business with real supplier volume. Count a normal month's receipts before assuming $19 is your price.
