Krisp strips background noise, echo and other people's voices out of both the microphone and the speaker stream, underneath whatever conferencing app is running. The product has grown into a meeting suite with bot-free transcription, AI notes, in-person meeting capture, accent conversion and an MCP connection for Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, plus a call-centre edition with voice translation. Desktop apps for Mac and Windows sit alongside iOS and Android note-taker apps and a Chrome extension, and separate voice SDKs and a translation API sell the same signal processing to developers.

Pros & cons of Krisp
Krisp is worth paying for if you take calls from places you cannot control, because it fixes the audio at the driver level rather than inside one app. The meeting-notes half is competent but not why you buy it.
