Breeze is not sold separately: it rides on a HubSpot subscription, with Agent Hub in every Starter, Professional and Enterprise edition. Agents consume HubSpot Credits: 500 (Starter), 3,000 (Professional) or 5,000 (Enterprise) a month per Marketing, Sales, Service, Content or Revenue hub, and 500, 5,000 or 10,000 for Data Hub or the Customer Platform; extra packs are $10 per 1,000 credits a month or $0.01 per credit pay-as-you-go, reset monthly with no rollover. Customer Agent costs 50 credits per resolved text conversation (50 per minute of voice in beta), Data Agent 10 per response, Prospecting Agent 100 per lead recommendation, Content Agent 1,000 per piece. Hub subscription prices are rendered by script and were not captured today.

Overview

About HubSpot Breeze

Breeze is the AI layer inside HubSpot's customer platform rather than a separate product: Breeze Assistant answers and drafts wherever a user is working, and an Agent Hub, included in every Starter, Professional and Enterprise edition, carries a Customer Agent that resolves support conversations across chat, email, forms and calling, a Prospecting Agent that watches buying signals and sends outreach, a Content Agent for blog, social and landing pages in brand voice, a Data Agent that answers questions over CRM records, calls and documents, and an Agent Builder for custom agents. Everything the agents do is metered in HubSpot Credits: each hub includes 500 to 10,000 a month by tier, extra capacity is $10 per 1,000 credits or one cent each pay-as-you-go, and a resolved Customer Agent conversation costs 50 credits. It only makes sense for teams whose records already live in HubSpot.

Editorial verdict

Pros & cons of HubSpot Breeze

medium confidence

Breeze is the right answer to exactly one question: you already run HubSpot and want AI acting on those records without an integration project. Inside that boundary the agents are practical, the Customer Agent especially, and the credit meter makes the cost visible per action. Outside it there is nothing to buy; and the meter cuts both ways, since a busy support queue or a content agent at 1,000 credits a piece burns through the included allowance quickly.

Pros

  • Agent Hub ships in every paid edition, with the assistant surfacing wherever the user works
  • Per-action credit metering with spend controls and a usage dashboard
  • Customer Agent spans chat, email, forms and calling and escalates to humans
  • Agent Builder lets teams compose custom agents on their own CRM data

Cons

  • Not sold separately; value is zero without a HubSpot subscription
  • Included credits (500 on Starter) are thin against 50 credits per resolved conversation or 1,000 per content piece
  • Credits reset monthly with no rollover, and several agents are still in beta
  • Hub tier prices are only visible in the browser, so total cost takes some assembly

Best for

  • HubSpot customers on Service Hub who want a support agent trained on their own knowledge base
  • Sales teams already prospecting out of HubSpot that want signal-driven outreach
  • Marketing teams generating on-brand content from CRM context inside the same tool

Not for

  • Anyone not on HubSpot, since Breeze cannot be bought standalone
  • Teams that want a flat AI price rather than per-action credits

Watch out: The Content Agent costs 1,000 credits per piece and the Customer Agent 50 per resolution: on a Starter hub's 500 included credits that is half a blog post or ten tickets before the $10-per-1,000 packs kick in.
