Use tool ↗About Hubflo
Hubflo gives a service firm a client-facing portal: each customer signs in to see their files, forms, tasks, invoices and messages instead of digging through email threads. Behind it sits the firm's own workspace with a client list, smart documents that clients complete, a project tracker and workflow automation on the upper tiers. It is browser software from Hubflo, SAS, a company registered in the Paris trade register with offices in the eighth arrondissement. Plans meter internal seats, client count, smart document completions and active forms rather than usage: the entry tier is about sixty-seven dollars a month on annual billing and caps you at fifty clients, and API and Zapier access only unlock one tier up. There is no free plan.

Pros & cons of Hubflo
A tidy answer for firms whose real problem is client-facing chaos rather than sales pipeline: the portal, forms and file handoff are the product and they are well put together. The pricing is the sticking point, since seats, clients, forms and document completions are all separately capped and the cheapest plan runs out quickly.
Pros
- Client portal is white-labelled down to a custom domain on the top tier
- Smart documents and forms collect client input without another tool
- Project tracker, recurring tasks and mass messaging built in
- Storage allowances are generous, from 30 GB up to 8 TB
Cons
- No free plan and no self-serve trial price below $67 a month
- Four separate caps (seats, clients, forms, document completions) on every tier
- API and Zapier are withheld from the entry plan
- The client mobile app is a paid add-on on top of the subscription
Best for
- Consultancies and agencies onboarding clients through repeatable steps
- Accounting and law firms that need a branded document exchange
- Small firms replacing a mix of Dropbox, Typeform and email threads
Not for
- Teams wanting a sales CRM with forecasting and outbound
- Businesses with hundreds of low-touch clients, where the client caps bite
Watch out: The advertised prices assume annual billing at a 25% discount, so month-to-month costs noticeably more than the headline figure.
