What our research says

Hubflo

A tidy answer for firms whose real problem is client-facing chaos rather than sales pipeline: the portal, forms and file handoff are the product and they are well put together. The pricing is the sticking point, since seats, clients, forms and document completions are all separately capped and the cheapest plan runs out quickly.

Pros

  • Client portal is white-labelled down to a custom domain on the top tier
  • Smart documents and forms collect client input without another tool
  • Project tracker, recurring tasks and mass messaging built in
  • Storage allowances are generous, from 30 GB up to 8 TB

Cons

  • No free plan and no self-serve trial price below $67 a month
  • Four separate caps (seats, clients, forms, document completions) on every tier
  • API and Zapier are withheld from the entry plan
  • The client mobile app is a paid add-on on top of the subscription

Moxo

Moxo is built for regulated, human-in-the-loop processes where a fully autonomous agent would be a liability — think client onboarding at a law firm or a bank. It has real enterprise customers and compliance certifications, but the $500/month entry tier and workflow-run caps put it out of reach for small teams.

Pros

  • Combines AI drafting with mandatory human approval and escalation, which matters for regulated workflows
  • Dedicated portals for clients, vendors, and internal teams rather than one generic dashboard
  • SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliance are already in place
  • Case studies from named enterprise customers back up the claims

Cons

  • Entry pricing at $500/month with a 250-workflow annual cap is expensive for smaller teams
  • Scale and Enterprise pricing is hidden behind a sales conversation
  • The rebrand history from Moxtra to Moxo makes it harder to find a consistent track record online
