Overview

About Bliro

Bliro is a sales-assistant product from bliro GmbH in Munich built around two phone-based voice assistants, Vicky and Tim, that a field rep saves as contacts and calls like a colleague: they pull meeting prep from CRM, calendar and email, take a spoken visit report after the meeting and write it back into Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP or HubSpot. A separate Note Taker license transcribes online and in-person meetings in 50+ languages without a visible bot, and the vendor states that audio and video are not stored and that processing stays on EU servers under GDPR, citing ISO 27001 and SOC 2. Desktop and iOS apps, an API and webhooks are included on the sales plans. No prices are published; each plan links to a demo booking.

Editorial verdict

Pros & cons of Bliro

medium confidence

Bliro's GDPR-first design (EU servers, no stored recordings, no visible meeting bot) is a real differentiator for European sales teams wary of US-based conversation-intelligence tools. With no public pricing, comparing it against competitors on cost requires a sales call first.

Pros

  • Explicit no-recording, no-bot design plus EU-server processing for privacy-sensitive teams
  • Automatic CRM field updates from spoken reports removes manual data entry
  • Official partner status with HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Salesforce and SAP, with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 cited

Cons

  • No public pricing anywhere, so budget comparison requires a sales conversation
  • Vendor-reported conversion and adoption statistics aren't independently verified here

Best for

  • European field sales teams needing GDPR-compliant conversation capture
  • Sales orgs wanting automatic CRM updates from voice, not manual data entry
  • Companies already on Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP, or HubSpot

Not for

  • Teams outside the EU with no particular GDPR requirement, where a cheaper US tool may do
  • Anyone wanting to compare pricing without booking a sales call first

Watch out: Ask specifically how the phone-based assistants (Vicky and Tim) handle multi-party calls and non-native accents before rolling out broadly.
