Robots holding real pens write and mail your notes, triggered by an API or your CRM.
Handwrytten writes physical notes using machines that hold actual pens, in a handwriting style you choose, then stuffs, stamps and mails them. You supply the message or let its AI draft and personalise it, pick from 100-plus card designs or supply your own artwork, and post to the US, Canada and 190-plus other countries. The reason it appears in sales stacks is the plumbing: a documented API plus connectors for Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, Zapier and Make, and automated birthday campaigns that fire from your CRM data. The company is based in Tempe, Arizona. Cards retail at $3.75 each, falling toward $1.19 on the largest volume plans.
Retail is $3.75 per card with postage billed separately at USPS rates and no subscription required. Consumer plans buy discounted blocks: Silver $100/month for 24 cards, Gold $200 for 50, Platinum $382 for 100. Business plans run $449 to $2,499 a month and cut the per-card rate from $1.99 down to $1.19. Unused credits roll over.
Use tool ↗The physical-note equivalent of a transactional email API: real pens, real envelopes, triggered from Salesforce or a webhook. It works well as a differentiator in crowded outreach, and the AI drafting keeps personalisation from becoming a bottleneck. The economics only make sense at volume — $3.75 a card retail is steep, and the discounts require large monthly commitments.
Watch out: Postage is not included in any quoted card price — budget USPS rates on top of every send.
