timeout
Outlines, boards and mind maps with agents metered in credits
Taskade holds the same project as an outline, a board, a mind map or a calendar and lets you switch between those views, with chat and documents in the same workspace. Agents can be pointed at a project and at uploaded files, then wired into automations that fire on a schedule or an event. Every action an agent takes is charged against a monthly credit balance, and that balance is what actually separates one tier from the next.
Credits are the meter: Free gives a one-time 6,000 with one agent, three automations, 250 MB and a single member; Pro at $10/month gives 50,000 credits monthly, unlimited agents and automations, ten members and 100 GB; Business at $25 gives 150,000 credits, unlimited members, 1 TB and the REST API; Max at $100 gives 400,000; Enterprise at $250 gives 1.1M with a custom SLA. Annual billing is advertised at 50% off the listed monthly rates.
Use tool ↗Genuinely cheap for what it bundles — unlimited agents and automations start at $10 — and the multiple views of one project are the part people actually keep using. The catch is the credit pool, which is the only thing separating the tiers once you are past Free, and the API sitting a tier above the obvious plan.
Watch out: Free is a demo, not a tier: its 6,000 AI credits are granted once and never renew, so an evaluation that starts well simply stops. Plan on Pro from the outset if agents are the reason you are looking.
