Lets a team run a Trello board by voice or chat instead of clicking through cards and lists.
Voiact connects to a Trello workspace so people can create cards, reassign owners, run bulk updates, and ask status questions by talking or typing rather than opening the board. Requests come in over WhatsApp, Telegram, a web app, or Trello itself as an officially listed Power-Up, and can be scheduled to run on a recurring basis, such as a weekly digest or a batch of card creations. It also connects to Outlook or Gmail to read and send mail and manage calendar events from the same chat interface, and does light web research. The free plan is capped at 20 requests a month, tight for daily use; paid tiers raise that ceiling in steps up to 600 requests a month.
Hobbyist plan covers 100 requests a month for 6; Growth at 12 a month covers 250 and is the vendor's recommended tier; Pro reaches 600.
Use tool ↗Voiact turns routine Trello upkeep into a voice or chat command instead of clicking through boards, and it reaches further than the board itself with mail and calendar integration in the same chat. The catch is the request-based free tier disappears fast for a real team, and it only reaches Trello, not other project trackers.
Watch out: The 20 free requests reset monthly and count every voice or chat command, so a busy week can burn through the quota fast.
