Credit-based since April 2026 rather than per seat: Free has 15 credits a month (at most 5 a day), Team is $20 and Business $40 a month with 50 shared credits and unlimited seats; Business adds SSO, audit logs and retention controls. Credits are spent per agent task depending on complexity; annual plans roll credits over for up to two years. The public pricing page blocked our fetch, so figures come from Supernormal's own help center.
Use tool ↗About Supernormal
Supernormal records meetings through a desktop app for Mac and Windows that listens on your computer, so no bot joins the call, and turns the conversation into notes. Since its 2026 relaunch it adds agents: after a meeting it suggests follow-ups and can complete them, drafting presentations, spreadsheets, research and images from what was discussed, with reusable Shortcuts in place of templates. Notes are private by default, can be organised into Projects, and an MCP server connects them to other tools. It is aimed at individuals and teams who spend much of the day in calls and want the after-meeting work started for them; capture supports English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese.

Pros & cons of Supernormal
Supernormal now suits people who want meeting notes without a visible bot and like the idea of an agent drafting the deck or sheet that follows the call. Teams that relied on its old bot, recordings or CRM and project-tool integrations lost them in 2026, and should compare Otter, Fireflies or Fathom first.
Pros
- Desktop capture means no bot in the meeting
- Agents act on follow-ups instead of just listing them
- Unlimited seats on paid plans, sharing one credit pool
- Notes private by default; MCP server for other tools
Cons
- Recording and native integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, Zapier and others) were retired in March 2026
- Only 50 credits a month on paid plans, with the cost per task unpublished
- Capture is limited to six languages
Best for
- Professionals who dislike bots joining their calls
- Small teams that want follow-up documents drafted from meetings
- Users who meet in one of the six supported languages
Not for
- Teams that need audio or video recordings of meetings
- Sales teams that depended on native HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive sync
Watch out: The product changed sharply in 2026: video and audio recording and native integrations ended on March 2, and the Norma bot and Chrome extension stopped on April 2, 2026. Pricing moved to credits, and the value of a credit depends on the task, so heavy agent use can exhaust a plan early.
