Use tool ↗About Roonly
Roonly is aimed at door-to-door and field sales rather than desk-based teams. A rep taps once to record a doorstep conversation, including from an Apple Watch and offline, and the app transcribes it, scores the performance and builds roleplay drills from what went wrong. A Try Again mode replays the scenario, and managers get a dashboard over the whole team. It pushes outcomes into JobNimbus, FieldRoutes, GoHighLevel and AccuLynx, with webhooks for anything else, and a separate module coaches inbound office calls. The iOS app shipped in March 2026 and Android is in early access. Pilot pricing is $150 per user per month with no setup fee.

Pros & cons of Roonly
Conversation intelligence built for a channel everyone else ignores: nobody else is capturing doorstep pitches from a watch, offline, and turning them into drills the same day. The CRM list is the right one for home services. The catch is the price per seat and how new it is, with an iOS app only months old and Android still in early access.
Pros
- One-tap recording that works offline and from an Apple Watch
- Automatic transcription and scoring feeding into generated roleplay drills
- Direct write-back into four field-service CRMs plus webhooks
- Separate inbound-call coaching module for office staff
Cons
- $150 per seat a month with no free tier or self-serve trial
- Android is early access only, so mixed-device teams are half covered
- Very young product; the iOS app was first released in March 2026
Best for
- Door-to-door and home services sales teams that never touch a desk phone
- Managers who want scored recordings rather than ride-along notes
- Organisations already on JobNimbus, FieldRoutes, GoHighLevel or AccuLynx
Not for
- Inside sales teams already covered by a call-recording CRM
- Small crews where $150 per rep a month outweighs the coaching gain
Watch out: Recording a customer at the door raises consent rules that vary by state; the app records first and the legal obligation is yours.
