Use tool ↗About Matik
Matik generates customer-facing content such as quarterly business reviews, renewal and ROI decks, proposals, personalised emails and per-account web pages from live data in Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, Looker and spreadsheets. Teams build approved templates once; numbers are filled from defined data logic rather than by a model, while AI writes the surrounding narrative and explains each figure. Generation can be started from Slack, the CRM, an AI assistant over MCP, a schedule or a data trigger such as a usage drop, and can run for hundreds of accounts at once. Output goes to Google Slides, PowerPoint, Docs, Word, Sheets, Excel, PDF, email or HTML, and pricing is quote-only.

Pros & cons of Matik
A fit for teams that already have data scattered across a CRM and BI tools and are tired of manually rebuilding the same deck or report every cycle. It's built for teams with existing data infrastructure and a sales process behind it, not a lightweight presentation tool for one person's occasional deck.
Pros
- pulls directly from Salesforce, BI tools, and data warehouses instead of manual data entry
- if-then rules keep output on-brand instead of freely generated
- outputs to multiple formats — slides, docs, PDF, spreadsheets, email
- 4.8-star rating on G2 across 56 reviews at time of review
Cons
- no self-serve pricing — every plan requires a sales conversation
- setup requires connecting real data sources, not a five-minute start
- overkill for anyone who only needs an occasional simple deck
Best for
- customer-success teams automating recurring QBR decks
- sales teams needing personalized, data-backed proposals at scale
- finance or ops teams automating recurring report generation
Not for
- individuals who just need to make an occasional one-off presentation
- teams without existing CRM or BI data to pull from
