Its AI agent, Spark, now sits at the centre: it keeps context about the product and customers, summarises feedback, surfaces findings and drafts specs, and is reachable through an MCP server. Customer portals let users vote on and track planned features. Pros & cons of Productboard
Productboard has moved fully upmarket: the free and $19 Plus plans are gone, and both remaining tiers are sold through a demo or sales call with Spark, its AI agent, built in. It is still a mature feedback-to-roadmap system for product organisations, but small teams no longer have a self-serve way in.
