Pitch

One of the more polished collaborative deck tools, with brand governance and link analytics that sales and agency teams actually use. AI is an assistant on a credit meter rather than the core product; a Pitch MCP connector now works on every plan, while API keys for template-driven deck automation sit on Business and Enterprise only.

Pros

  • Strong collaboration, template and brand-kit system
  • Share-link analytics show per-slide engagement
  • Native apps on macOS, Windows, iOS and Android in addition to web
  • Free plan allows unlimited presentations

Cons

  • AI credits cap out per plan, and the free plan's 100 credits never renew
  • Euro-first pricing display makes USD budgeting a currency-rate guess
  • API keys are limited to Business and Enterprise, and the API builds decks from templates rather than with Pitch's AI

Prezi

Prezi is the one presentation tool that is not a PowerPoint clone, and the zooming canvas still earns its keep for talks where you move around a structure instead of marching through it. The AI drafting is competent but it is not the reason to be here. Billing is the irritation: individual plans are annual-only, they auto-renew, and the free tier watermarks everything.
