Pitch vs Plus AI

Two fact sheets from our own research, side by side — pricing, platforms, API access and status re-checked by us rather than quoted from the vendors. Plus AI publishes a starting price ($10); Pitch does not. Only Pitch has a free tier. Only Plus AI ships a public API.

What our research says

Pitch

One of the more polished collaborative deck tools, with brand governance and link analytics that sales and agency teams actually use. AI is an assistant bolted to a credit meter rather than the core product, and there is still no public API — only a register-your-interest page.

Pros

  • Strong collaboration, template and brand-kit system
  • Share-link analytics show per-slide engagement
  • Native apps on macOS, Windows, iOS and Android in addition to web
  • Free plan allows unlimited presentations

Cons

  • AI credits cap out per plan, and the free plan's 100 credits never renew
  • Euro-first pricing display makes USD budgeting a currency-rate guess
  • API remains 'coming soon'

Plus AI

The one thing it does that standalone deck generators cannot is leave you with an ordinary Slides or PowerPoint file that colleagues can open and edit without an account. That alone decides it for most corporate users. The absence of any free tier means you evaluate on a carded trial or not at all.

Pros

  • Native add-on for both Google Slides and PowerPoint, output stays in the native format
  • Generates from a prompt, a pasted document or an uploaded PDF
  • Slide-level rewriting, reformatting, translation and image generation after the first draft
  • Separate market-research report generator from a company or industry name
  • Presentations API, agent API and MCP server for programmatic use

Cons

  • No free tier at all; the 7-day trial requires a card
  • Credit-metered, so heavy generation runs out before the month does
  • Team tier is per user, so cost scales linearly
  • Output still needs a manual design pass for anything client-facing
