Pilea gathers customer feedback from Slack, Intercom, HubSpot, support tickets, CSV files, interview recordings and call notes, clusters it into themes and scores each item by mentions, customers, deal size and effort, so product teams get a ranked backlog rather than a pile of quotes. Every backlog item links back to the feedback behind it. Scored items go to Jira or Linear with status synced both ways, or to GitHub Issues, and an API and MCP server let other tools read the backlog.
