Cinquo watches a local business's Google reviews and shows the unrounded rating rather than the rounded star figure Google displays, along with how many five-star reviews it would take to reach the next step. It collects new reviews through a direct link shared by QR code, WhatsApp, email or social media, with trackable codes per staff member or table, drafts replies with Gemini-based suggestions or templates and can auto-reply through its CINTIA feature, and puts several locations on one dashboard shared between the mobile apps and the web panel, with managers added by Gmail address. It shipped as LocalBoss until January 2026; the legal entity in the terms is still Localboss S.L. of Barcelona, Spain. Pricing scales with total review volume rather than locations: free up to 50 reviews, then EUR 49.99 a year.

Pros & cons of Cinquo
Priced by review volume rather than per location, which is genuinely fairer for a business with five small sites than the per-location norm, and the free band up to 50 reviews covers a new shop outright. Showing the unrounded rating is a small idea that changes behaviour. The rebrand is the practical risk: bookmarks, app listings and old documentation still say LocalBoss.
