Work platform of boards, automations and dashboards, with AI agents metered by a separate credit pool.
monday.com organises work as colour-coded boards with automations, forms, docs, dashboards and integrations layered on, sold as four product lines: work management, CRM, service and dev. The AI additions are an agent workforce for repeatable tasks, a context-aware Sidekick assistant, a meeting notetaker, an AI workflow builder, AI data fields and ticket triage — all drawing on a shared pool of AI credits rather than being unlimited. The company was founded in 2012 by Roy Mann and Eran Zinman, is based in Tel Aviv and is publicly listed. Seats are billed monthly with an 18 percent discount for annual terms; the free tier is limited to two seats.
The pricing page renders in the currency of your billing country; the version we saw quoted Work Management Basic €9, Standard €12 and Pro €19 per seat per month on annual terms, matching the usual $9/$12/$19 USD tiers. CRM (€12–€28) and Service (€31–€45) cost more. AI features draw on a separate credit pool, so heavy agent use is an extra line item.
Use tool ↗The most visual of the big work platforms, and the easiest to get a non-technical team onto. The AI layer is broad — agents, notetaker, triage, workflow builder — but metered by credits, which makes it hard to predict what heavy use costs. Splitting CRM, service and dev into separately priced products means the real bill is usually higher than the headline seat price.
Watch out: AI credits are separate from your seat plan — agent-heavy workflows can quietly become the bigger line item.
