The AI additions are an agent workforce for repeatable tasks, a context-aware Sidekick assistant, a meeting notetaker, an AI workflow builder, AI data fields and ticket triage — all drawing on a shared pool of AI credits rather than being unlimited. Seats are billed monthly with an 18 percent discount for annual terms; the free tier is limited to two seats.
The pricing page renders in the currency of your billing country; the version we saw quoted Work Management Basic €9, Standard €12 and Pro €19 per seat per month on annual terms, matching the usual $9/$12/$19 USD tiers. CRM (€12–€28) and Service (€31–€45) cost more. AI features draw on a separate credit pool, so heavy agent use is an extra line item.
