Devplan is a product-management layer for software teams. It reads customer calls, support tickets, Slack threads and CRM records, groups repeated requests into proposed projects with the customers and open deals behind them, and ranks them by demand, impact and effort. Specs and PRDs are checked against the codebase before they are written, then handed to Jira, Linear or coding agents. After approval it tracks progress from real activity, sends a daily digest of risks and decisions, and answers questions in Slack or Teams, with an MCP endpoint for Claude Code, Cursor and Codex. Billing is one credit pool per company, not per seat.

Pros & cons of Devplan
Devplan now leads with the step before engineering: it collects what customers ask for across calls, tickets and the CRM, turns repeated asks into ranked projects and writes specs checked against the code. Pricing by a pooled credit budget rather than per seat means sales, support and leadership can all use it without the bill tracking headcount. The reservations are that it is only as good as the integrations you actually switch on, and that this is a young, seed-funded company whose credit burn is hard to predict up front.
