ElevenLabs generates speech in dozens of languages from stock or cloned voices, and re-voices existing footage into another language while holding the original speaker's timbre. Everything is metered in credits — 10,000 free each month, 30,000 on the $6 Starter tier — and the commercial licence only begins at Starter; professional voice cloning starts at Creator and workspace seats at Scale. The same account also reaches speech recognition, sound effects, music and a conversational-agent runtime, all through one API.
