Voiser does two jobs. It reads text aloud in over 1,000 voices across 75 languages and 140 dialects, and it transcribes audio or video - including from a YouTube link - in 71 languages with timestamps, keyword detection and subtitle export to SRT, DOCX and other formats. Around those sit voice cloning, talking avatars, a WordPress plugin, an IVR-oriented announcement service and a JavaScript page reader. It is run by Voiser Teknoloji Ltd. Sti. in Turkey, and the original site now directs users to a rebuilt voiser.ai. Pricing is by volume rather than seats: text-to-speech from $5 a month for 30,000 characters, transcription from $2 for 30 minutes.

Pros & cons of Voiser
Volume pricing rather than seats makes it noticeably cheaper than the big TTS names for occasional work - $5 buys 30,000 characters outright. The language coverage on both sides is wide, and transcription accepts YouTube links directly. The catch is that the site you land on is the legacy one: the vendor is migrating to voiser.ai, and the cheap Personal text-to-speech tier does not include API access.
