Builds daily or weekly meal plans to your calorie and macro targets, then turns them into a grocery list.
Eat This Much generates meal plans against calorie and macro targets plus food preferences, then produces the grocery list to shop them. It supports keto, vegan, paleo, Mediterranean and vegetarian patterns, per-day macro targets for carb cycling, keyword filters for allergies or dislikes, recurring foods, and a virtual pantry so leftovers get used. Grocery lists hand off to Instacart, Amazon Fresh and Walmart. The free tier generates daily plans and tracks intake including barcode entry and custom recipes; premium adds week-at-a-time planning, automatic grocery lists, automatic leftovers and PDF export. A separate Professional tier gives dietitians client dashboards and branding. It runs on web, iOS and Android, with press coverage going back to 2013.
Free forever tier covers daily plan generation, tracking, barcode entry, custom foods and recurring foods. Premium is listed at $5.00/month with an annual subscription and adds weekly planning, automatic grocery lists, delivery integration, automatic leftovers and PDF export. The month-to-month premium rate is not shown. Professional is quoted per client.
Use tool ↗The generator is the product: give it targets and dislikes and it fills a day or a week, then converts that into a shop. The free tier is unusually generous - daily plans and tracking cost nothing - but the features that actually save time, weekly planning and automatic grocery lists, sit behind premium. The $5 headline is the annual rate; monthly costs more and the page does not say how much.
Watch out: The $5.00/month figure is footnoted with annual subscription, and the monthly price never appears on the pricing page.
