Block-based builder for agents that keep running on a schedule
AutoGPT is the project that popularised letting an agent decompose a goal and work through the steps unattended, and it has since become a drag-and-drop platform where blocks are wired into workflows that run continuously. The hosted version is generally available with credit-metered execution, a marketplace of shared agents and roughly 30 integrations. Self-hosting is free, but the licence is split: everything outside the platform directory is MIT, while the platform itself is Polyform Shield, which allows internal use and forbids commercial redistribution.
Cloud Pro is $42.50/month on annual billing against $50 month-to-month; Max is $272 annual against $320 monthly. Those figures buy an AutoPilot chat allowance — Max is 8.5x Pro's — while automation runs draw on pay-as-you-go credits on top, so the subscription is not the whole bill. A Team plan is announced but not yet sellable. Self-hosting the open-source repository costs nothing beyond your own model spend.

Watch out: The subscription buys chat allowance, not automation runs — actually executing agents consumes separate pay-as-you-go credits, so the monthly figure is a floor.
