Overview

About AutoCalls

AutoCalls is a builder for voice agents that answer and place phone calls, and also handle WhatsApp calls and website chat: qualifying leads, booking appointments, running support lines and outbound campaigns. Agents are set up in a no-code editor, and a REST API, webhooks and a connector for Claude and ChatGPT cover programmatic use. The vendor claims over 100 languages, more than 300 integrations including HubSpot, GoHighLevel and Calendly, and numbers in many countries, with the AI models, voices and transcription bundled into the per-minute price. It is sold hard at agencies, whose top tier resells the platform under their own brand. The operator is MULTICODE S.R.L. of Iasi, Romania.

Editorial verdict

Pros & cons of AutoCalls

high confidence

AutoCalls is priced for small businesses and agencies rather than call centres: $34 a month buys a working agent and two hours of calls, the overage rate falls sharply up the ladder, and the models, voices and transcription are already inside the per-minute price, so there are no separate AI bills to reconcile. Its GDPR documentation names the Romanian operating entity in detail. What you are really buying is minutes, and the monthly list prices rose this autumn, so model your call volume before choosing a tier.

Pros

  • All-inclusive minutes: model, voice and transcription costs are bundled, with no third-party API keys
  • Overage falls from $0.20 to $0.09 per minute on the Agency tiers
  • REST API, webhooks and a Claude and ChatGPT connector alongside the no-code builder
  • White-label tier with client sub-accounts, own domain and own Stripe billing, without revenue share
  • Named EU operating entity with detailed GDPR controller and processor documentation

Cons

  • Minute bundles run out fast; the headline monthly price is not the real cost
  • Monthly list prices are now about a quarter higher than the yearly rate, which requires a year's commitment
  • Language and integration counts are vendor claims we could not audit

Best for

  • Small businesses automating appointment booking and inbound qualification
  • Agencies reselling voice agents under their own brand and billing
  • Teams already on HubSpot, GoHighLevel or Cal.com

Not for

  • High-volume contact centres where per-minute rates dominate
  • Developers who want to bring their own model and voice keys to cut the per-minute cost

Watch out: Work out your monthly minutes first: at 500 minutes the $34 Starter costs about $110 with overage, close to the $129 Pro plan that includes 700 minutes. Phone numbers are an extra monthly rental.
