What our research says

AutoCalls

AutoCalls is priced for small businesses and agencies rather than enterprise call centres: $27 gets you a working agent and two hours of calls, and the overage rate drops sharply as you move up the ladder. The GDPR documentation is genuinely thorough, naming the Romanian operating entity and setting out where it acts as controller versus processor. The catch is that minutes, not features, are what you are buying.

Pros

  • Starter tier is $27/month with 120 minutes included — a real entry point
  • Overage falls from $0.20 to $0.09 per minute at the higher tiers
  • 300+ named integrations covering CRM and scheduling
  • Explicit white-label tier at $355/month for agencies
  • Named EU operating entity with detailed GDPR controller/processor documentation

Cons

  • Minute bundles run out fast; the headline monthly price is not the real cost
  • No public developer API — the builder is no-code only
  • Language and integration counts are vendor claims we could not audit

Bland AI

One of the few voice-agent vendors that quotes a single all-in per-minute rate and publishes compliance certifications, which makes cost modelling straightforward. The catch is that the cheap minute rate sits behind tier-gated limits, so real call-centre volume pushes you onto a monthly platform fee as well.

Pros

  • All-in per-minute rate covers model, transcription, voice and telephony
  • Documented REST API with batch dispatch and live in-call calls
  • SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and PCI DSS v4.0 compliance stated
  • Free start credits and an inbound number without a card

Cons

  • Concurrency, daily call caps and voice counts are gated by tier
  • Build and Scale add $299 and $499 monthly fees on top of minutes
  • A closed in-house stack means less choice of underlying models
