What our research says

Duet

The Aomni sales-research product our card described is gone; what duet.so sells today is a way to package your own expertise as an agent and hand it to clients, each in a workspace you still control. That is a sharper idea than another general agent builder, and credit-based pricing with unlimited seats suits a consultant deploying to many clients. It is also a pivot by a small company, so expect the product to keep moving.

Pros

  • Client-specific workspaces with a shared agent that updates everywhere at once
  • Unlimited seats on every plan; credits are the only meter
  • Models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google included rather than bring-your-own-key
  • Always-on machine with browser and app hosting per agent
  • A public API with workspace-scoped keys

Cons

  • The pivot is undocumented on the site, so older reviews and listings describe a different product
  • Twenty credits a month on the entry plan is a thin allowance for an agent that drives a browser
  • No free tier, and Enterprise terms are negotiated by email with a founder
  • No company address, only a Delaware governing-law clause and an email

Lindy

Lindy is for a business team that wants agents acting on real inboxes and calendars this week, with the plumbing to 1,500 apps already done; the skills library and meeting recorder make it closer to a junior colleague than a Zapier flow. The bill is credits per active user, and the free plan is now a seven-day trial rather than a standing tier, so a solo user who wants to run one automation for free should look elsewhere. Engineers who want to own the orchestration will find the canvas limiting.

Pros

  • Trigger-and-steps builder with 40+ reusable skills, no code required
  • Agents can send email, schedule, join meetings and operate a browser on Pro and above
  • 1,500+ integrations plus MCP server support
  • Credits are pooled across the team and top-ups are priced plainly at $10 per 1,000
  • Enterprise tier offers HIPAA with a signed BAA, SSO, SCIM and audit logs

Cons

  • Billing is per active user plus credits, so cost rises with both seats and volume
  • The free plan is a 7-day, $50-credit trial, not an ongoing allowance
  • No yearly pricing or public API is shown on the pricing page
  • Legal entity is Crivello Corp in Oregon, named only in the terms

Which one fits

Choose Duet if you need

  • Consultants and agencies who want to deliver a repeatable method to several clients as a working agent
  • Small teams that want one agent shared across people without per-seat fees
  • Builders who want an API over the same agents they run in the UI

Choose Lindy if you need

  • Sales, support and ops teams automating email triage, follow-ups and scheduling
  • Founders who want one agent across Gmail, Slack, Notion and HubSpot without hiring an integrator
  • Teams that record and query their meetings and want the notes to trigger actions
