Zetane is a document-intelligence workspace for organizations that handle RFPs, contracts, specifications and compliance files. Its proposal workflow ingests an RFP, extracts and matches requirements, then drafts responses from the customer's own documents with citations that link back to the source, so a reviewer can check every claim. Around that sit Zeta Chat for questions over documents, a composer for long deliverables, a presentation generator, scheduled agents and a deep web research step that folds outside sources into reports. Pros & cons of Zetane
Built for the specific misery of answering a 200-page RFP from a scattered document set, and the citation trail is the part that matters - a proposal answer you cannot trace is one you cannot sign off. The cheaper Standard and free Starter plans are gone: after a two-week trial the entry plan is $200 per user per month, which adds up fast on a bid team, and every allowance is still metered.
