Polsia vs Relevance AI

Two fact sheets from our own research, side by side — pricing, platforms, API access and status re-checked by us rather than quoted from the vendors. Polsia publishes a starting price ($20); Relevance AI does not. Only Relevance AI has a free tier. Only Relevance AI ships a public API.

What our research says

Polsia

Polsia is a bet on letting a swarm of agents run real business functions with minimal supervision, a materially bigger claim than most AI agent tools make — it is meant to run outreach, ads, support and finance on its own rather than just draft content. That ambition is also the risk: handing agents control over ad spend, customer communication and finances with limited oversight is a real operational exposure, and the reported revenue-share on top of a subscription is an unusual cost structure to model.

Pros

  • Covers a wide span of operating functions such as outreach, support, ads, finance and planning under one system instead of stitching together separate tools
  • Includes basic infrastructure (web server, database, business email) with the subscription
  • Multiple tiers let you start small at $20/month before committing to larger plans

Cons

  • Reported revenue-share and ad-spend percentage on top of the subscription makes true cost hard to predict
  • Giving agents control over ad spend, outreach and finance carries real risk if outputs go wrong without a human check
  • As a young, single-founder company, its track record and support depth are unproven

Relevance AI

A credible no-code agent builder, but pricing has moved behind a sales conversation and the two-meter billing makes running cost genuinely hard to forecast.

Pros

  • Agents get tools, knowledge and schedules without any code
  • Free tier of 200 actions a month is enough to prototype something real
  • Model cost is passed through without markup on vendor credits
  • Agents can be grouped into teams that hand work between each other

Cons

  • Self-serve prices are no longer published anywhere on the site
  • Two simultaneous meters make budgeting awkward and surprises likely
  • Top-up rates are steep at $80 per 1,000 actions
  • Smaller vendor than the incumbents it is competing against

Which one fits

Choose Polsia if you need

  • Solo founders or very small teams willing to delegate day-to-day operating tasks to AI agents
  • People testing a new venture who want basic infrastructure such as a site, email and ops spun up automatically

Choose Relevance AI if you need

  • Ops and go-to-market teams automating repetitive research or outreach
  • Companies that want working agents without hiring engineers to build them
  • Workloads where per-task cost matters more than per-seat cost
