It only makes sense for teams already working in Notion, since every capability operates on your workspace content. The full feature set ships with the Business plan; Free and Plus users get a limited trial. Apps cover web, macOS, Windows, iOS and Android, and Notion exposes a documented public API.
Full AI (Notion Agent, AI meeting notes, enterprise search) comes with the Business plan: $24/member/month billed monthly per the pricing page's own USD price data; annual billing is lower but rendered to us only in euros (about €19.50). Free and Plus include just an AI trial. Custom agents meter Notion credits at $10 per 1,000 after the free period ended in May 2026.
