Use tool ↗About EZdoc
EZdoc turns a short text description into a finished document rather than a blank template to fill in, covering more than 130 document types across seven kinds of output: documents, slide decks, webpages, images, animations, fillable forms and more. Typical outputs are invoices, resumes, flyers, contracts and decks, and a CSV or spreadsheet upload turns any template into a mail merge that produces hundreds of personalised copies. Paid plans add the full 260-plus template library, a REST API, email and SFTP delivery, hosted webpages and PowerPoint export. The founder writes that it grew out of hand-building compensation letters at a previous job; its terms are governed by Delaware law.

Pros & cons of EZdoc
EZdoc's breadth, covering invoices, resumes, flyers, contracts, and decks from one text-to-document engine, trades off against depth in any single document type compared to a specialist tool. The free plan's 25 monthly copies and one-time three-dollar credits make it easy to test before committing to a subscription.
Pros
- Covers a genuinely wide range of document types from a single interface
- Exports to several practical formats including PDF, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
- One-time low-cost credit option exists for people who don't want a recurring subscription
Cons
- Breadth across 130+ document types likely means less polish per type than a dedicated tool for any one of them
- Operating company name and launch date are not disclosed on the site
- Free plan's 3 designs and 10-row batch uploads are a tight cap for ongoing use
Best for
- Anyone who regularly needs one-off documents like invoices or flyers without designing a template from scratch
- Small businesses wanting API access to generate documents programmatically
Not for
- Users who need deep control over a single document type, like a dedicated resume or invoicing tool would offer
- Teams needing more than 25 free documents a month without upgrading
Watch out: Designs and copies are counted separately: the free plan's 3 designs a month run out long before its 25 copies, so ongoing free use is tighter than the copy count suggests.
