Describe a Shopify or Etsy workflow in plain English and MESA builds and runs the automation.
MESA is workflow automation for Shopify and Etsy merchants, built by ShopPad. You describe the job in ordinary language — tag orders above a threshold, sync inventory to a sheet, chase a fulfilment exception, push a buyer into Klaviyo — and the builder assembles the steps, which then run unattended. It connects to more than a hundred apps including Slack, Google Sheets, Klaviyo, Airtable, ShipStation, Odoo and HubSpot, and there is a documented admin API for developers. Plans are priced by monthly task volume rather than seats, with unlimited workflows on every tier and a per-task charge above the cap. ShopPad Inc., trading as MESA, contracts under California law.
Basic $12 a month covers 500 tasks, Flex $29 covers 10,000 with unlimited workflow steps, Pro $99 covers 50,000 with every app integration, Unlimited $299 removes the cap, and a Custom tier adds managed services. Extra standard tasks are $0.01 each. Annual billing takes 30% off; the trial is 7 days.

ShopPad has been building Shopify apps for years, which shows in the integration list and the admin API. The cost model is the catch — you are buying tasks, and a chatty automation on a busy store burns the entry allowance fast.
Watch out: Tasks, not workflows, are the meter — one busy automation can consume the Basic plan's 500 tasks within days.
