GhostChat is a live-chat widget of about 19KB that site owners answer from Gmail threads, a phone app or the web inbox, so a visitor question does not need a separate support desk. An optional AI assistant answers from a knowledge base drafted from the site's own pages and hands off to a human when it cannot answer, billed per AI conversation with a spending cap. It installs through an official WordPress plugin or one script tag, sets no cookies, and suits small businesses, agencies running many client sites and privacy-sensitive organisations.
