A live-chat inbox lets a human take over mid-conversation, and finished agents can be bundled as MCP tools for Claude or ChatGPT. The company is Botsify Inc, founded in 2016 by Usama Noman and run from Karachi, Pakistan. Much of the current site pitches a white-label version agencies resell under their own brand.
The public pricing page renders only the Done-for-You Agent plan: $149/month or $1,490/year for unlimited agents, 30,000 message credits (1 credit = 1 message), 60 voice minutes, three months of chat history and a success manager. There is a free sign-up entry point into the builder, and third-party listings still quote older self-serve tiers near $49/month that the current page no longer shows.
