Use tool ↗About Atono
Atono is a product-development workspace aimed at teams whose coding assistants keep guessing wrong. It holds a glossary built from your own docs so terminology stays consistent, stories that carry decisions, feedback, implementation notes and usage analytics through the whole lifecycle, and feature flags controlled from the story itself. An MCP server exposes that context to Claude, Cursor and Copilot, so design decisions survive between AI sessions. You can run it beside Jira or Linear as a context layer, or use it as the tracker outright. The free tier covers 25 users; Starter is $19 per user a month and Growth $39. The company is Atono Inc.; no country is published.

Pros & cons of Atono
Atono's bet is that the expensive part of AI-assisted development is context, not code, so it stores glossary, decisions and analytics on the story and serves them over MCP. Feature flags living on the story definition is a genuinely tidy idea that removes one tool from the stack. The free tier at 25 users is generous, but the 150-backlog-item cap will hit a real team quickly and the AI features are only a 30-day trial there.
Pros
- MCP server feeds product context straight into Claude, Cursor and Copilot
- Feature flags are controlled from the story rather than a separate service
- Glossary is built from your own documents, so naming stays consistent
- Free tier allows 25 users, and SSO/SAML appears on the $19 tier rather than enterprise-only
Cons
- Free tier caps open backlog items at 150 and only trials the AI features for 30 days
- $19 per user is above what a plain tracker costs
- No address or founding year on the site; only the terms point to California law
Best for
- Product teams whose engineers work in Cursor, Claude Code or Copilot
- Teams that want feature flags without a separate flag vendor
- Groups tired of re-explaining product decisions to AI tools
Not for
- Teams happy with Jira who do not use AI coding tools
- Small teams that only need a plain tracker at a lower per-seat price
Watch out: Engagement analytics retention is a paid axis: Starter keeps 90 days of feature engagement, Growth a year.
